WE ARE ALMOST THERE…….
Please Reserve Your Accommodations by June 25th
One of the many challenges in organizing this conference is deciding how many rooms to reserve at a conference center hotel. We must pay a deposit and meet our room commitment. Right now we have committed to far more room nights than have been reserved. I have another week or two to finalize our commitment. I do not want to have to pay for rooms that are not going to be used.
So if you have not yet reserved your rooms, please do so by the 25th. At that time we will see how many room nights have been covered and release rooms that do not appear to be needed for our group, so that other groups or individuals can reserve them.
